Baby Calder!

We adopted a little African American baby boy!! My family is bringing him home today! His name is Calder Cutri! I have not met him yet because you have to be family to go beyond the waiting room. Unless you are 18 or older. So only my parents have met him. Here are some pictures!

Regionals!!

Once I came home from NZ I joined the Quarry Climbing Team! I've loved it!!! Dec. 8th was the ABS Regionals Comp. it was really fun. It was in Ogden at The front climbing gym. I have three coaches: Cali, Taylor and Andrew. Tyler is kinda like a coach too. We have a team blog, it's http://quarryclimbingteam.blogspot.com/ they have lots of pictures. I checked into isolation around 11:00 am and I started climbing around 4:00 pm! So that means I was in ISO for 5 hours! At first I was with Cammi, Clara and Mazey but then they were called to climb and Calli went out to watch them. So for 30 min. I was alone in ISO. I was with Shyanne for a while. We stretched, warmed up, ate, and rested until she had to go climb. Once she went out I was alone and waiting for Maddie to come. Maddie checked into ISO like 5 min. before they closed check-in for our division! Once she came we listened to music, talked, rested, warmed up and stretched until Calli came. Once she came we were traversing and trying hard moves. We also talked and rested and ate. They were running about 45 min. behind. I was suppose to start climbing at 3:01 and Maddie at 2:54. But I started climbing at 4:00 and Maddie went out a few min. before me. Once we got out there I wasn't as nervous as I thought. I think because in isolation I forgot about all my nervousness and how many people were out there. There were teams coming from all over. Some were from Ogden, Sandy, Provo, Salt Lake, New Mexico and Arizona! It was pretty rad. Cammi got 3rd place in her division! And Clara got 7th and I'm not sure what Mazey got but she is going to divisionals in Arizona. I placed 17 out of everyone in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah in my division!! Here are some more pictures

I miss New Zealand so much!!!! Me Atticus and Mandy have written a letter to Kahu 5 and sent pictures. We're going to send it to them because they are still in school. I miss Ranui, Lincon Ward, and so much of NZ!!!!

Mikeala's Wedding Reception

Mikeala's wedding reception was a few days ago. She's one of the BYU girls who went to NZ with us. Her reception was really fun. We got to see a lot of the girls! Not all of them were there but a lot were so it was great to see them again.
